1. Booking requests
Customers can request a padel lesson by submitting the booking form and completing payment through the available payment provider. The requested start date, preferred time and location are subject to availability.
A payment is a paid booking request, not an automatic guarantee that the requested date or time is available. Coach Raulito will contact the customer to confirm the final schedule.
2. Prices & payment
The price displayed on the booking page is the total amount charged for the selected lesson format, location and duration. The group may share the cost between the players, but the person making the booking is responsible for completing the payment.
Payments are processed securely through Mollie using the payment methods shown at checkout.
3. Confirmation of the lesson
The lesson is finally confirmed only after Coach Raulito or RG Academia has confirmed the date and time with the customer.
If the requested date or time cannot be provided, RG Academia may contact the customer to arrange an alternative. If RG Academia cannot provide the requested lesson because of an issue related to the coach, academy or availability, the amount paid for that booking will be refunded in full.
4. Customer cancellations
Customers should cancel or request changes as early as possible.
- For cancellations made 24 hours or more before the confirmed lesson, RG Academia will process a refund in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the confirmed lesson, the payment is normally non-refundable because RG Academia may already have incurred court-booking, coaching and organisational costs.
This 24-hour policy does not remove or restrict any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable Dutch or European law.
5. Changes or cancellation by RG Academia
If RG Academia needs to cancel or cannot provide a confirmed lesson because of coach availability, an academy issue, court availability or another circumstance attributable to RG Academia, the customer will be offered an alternative where appropriate or a full refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.
6. Court availability & schedule
Requested times are preferences until confirmed by Coach Raulito. Court availability can change before final confirmation. Customers should not treat a requested time shown on the booking form as a guaranteed court reservation until they receive confirmation from RG Academia.
7. Player responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and arriving on time. Players should communicate relevant experience, level or physical limitations that may reasonably affect the lesson. RG Academia may adapt exercises and session structure to the group and available court conditions.
8. Safety & participation
Players participate in padel activities at their own responsibility and should follow reasonable instructions from the coach and club. Customers should not participate if they are unfit to play or have a condition that makes participation unsafe without appropriate professional clearance.
9. Newsletter & marketing
Newsletter and marketing communications are optional. Customers can separately opt in to receive RG Academia news, events, offers and community updates by email. Marketing consent is not a condition of booking or payment, and customers can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Personal information
RG Academia uses the information supplied through the booking form to process the booking request, payment, communication and class administration. Information supplied for marketing is used only where the customer has separately opted in. Customers can contact RG Academia regarding their personal information or marketing preferences at hi@rgacademia.com.
11. Complaints & contact
For questions, booking issues or complaints, contact RG Academia at hi@rgacademia.com. RG Academia will review booking-related issues and respond as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Applicable law
These terms are intended for RG Academia services provided in the Netherlands and are subject to applicable Dutch and European consumer law. Where mandatory consumer protections apply, those protections prevail over any conflicting provision of these terms.
